Day of Threes

Yesterday was a real day of threes. Well, church was at least. :) I do like it when there is a pattern. Jill needed three new diapers, needed to nurse three times, and apparently needed to spit up three times as well. Throw in the three class periods, and well, it was a day of threes. ;)

On other news, well there is no other news. :) Life is generally very good, and I'm getting excited about seeing all of my family again for the Fourth. I'm getting impatient to get through this stage of life (the unemployed stage), but haha, it's funny, because there were times a few years ago that I wished I had more of this stage (living at home, mommy making the meals, etc.). So, I guess be careful what you wish for. ;) Now that it's happening, I wish we could be independent and I could have a home.

It's hard to be a homemaker without a home.

I do know that I am lucky though to have loving in-laws that are taking care of us while Jeff is looking for a job. I am very grateful for them. And I am even more lucky, because I know my parents would welcome us into their home as well. We are loved and provided for, but I can't wait until Jeff has a job and I have a home.

Of course, I'm sure that then I'll miss only having to cook dinner once a month or so!

  1. Ha ha, aren't we fickle, we human creatures, we? Hmm, there's a sentence for you.

  2. Cooking once a month?! Sign me up! haha. We can't wait for you to get a job and a home either! Then we will have to start planning trips to Ohio!

I really, really, really, REALLY miss you too!
