The fight for traditional marriage and families wages on.

Vermont legalized same-sex marriage today. That makes it the fourth state with legal same-sex marriage. The biggest difference is that Vermont is the first one to do it through the legislative process instead of the judicial process.

That means it wasn't just a bunch of judges who did it. It was the State Senate and House. The Vermont Governor had put a veto on it, and they overrode his veto.

So, Iowa last week, and Vermont this week. I hope there isn't another one next week.
